If your Ukrainian visa application is rejected and you request the refund more than 3 days before the policy start date, we offer a full refund upon providing official rejection documentation.
If there was an error in policy processing or incorrect information due to our system, we provide immediate full refunds regardless of timing.
If you request a refund 3 days or less before your policy coverage period begins, refunds are not available as the insurance protection is about to become active.
Once your policy coverage period has started, refunds are not available as the insurance protection is already active.
If you have used the policy for any medical services or claims, even if minimal, the policy cannot be refunded.
Simple change of travel plans within 3 days of policy start or after the policy period has begun does not qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
